[MOVIE BITES]
FOND DE L'LET'ANG
I love Les Choristes! Somebody pls get me the soundtrack! A great touching international award winning flim anyone SHLD watch. I love the music and the story. I just cant wait to find the soundtrack and the posters (which i dun think is avaliable in S'pore...) Stupid, funny how Spore always have very ugly posters like.. BoA? or 5566? or Energy? Or even the disguesting SHE,males like F4? (all puns intended) or stupid movies like Aviator or The Terminater or SWAP... i wonder where do ppl get those appalling taste from? Okok, i shall stop insulting the wonderful likings of others. And ppl, PLS WATCH LES CHORISTES.
Black Hawk Down is a nice movie too, sad and well, not as bloody as i thought. Old war movies like Black Hwak Down or Hotel Rwanda are exhilarating and moving - well, also because they're slightly documental, at least u know it happened. Ignore others like stupid SWAP or Tears of the Sun- they are just showing a war which is non-exsistent.
Alrighty, so i had this movie maraton on sunday, after visiting Mr Tan's; meeting up with all moi seniors and juniors- hope u realise that none except Ah ma came from MY batch, i've been wonderfully pang seh-ed by all my delightful teammates. Guess they all wanted to do Business in NTU? ha. Kinda brings back a part of memory which i am definately not keen to remember. some place some time in Dec 7 to 9.
Anyway, it was great to talk to the others too, (Thank God i'm close to them) like, u get to know what happens in Uni, wad happens when u gratuate - yes, its 6-7 years of batches there. All except my 1986 batch.
But is ok, I still have my Les Choristes.
