[What i truely want...]

i'll be 21 in 2 weeks. every1 has been asking 'what do you want for ur 21st birthday?'

my mum said, "think carefully what you want for your 21st birthday." without even looking at me in the eyes. she said it like a warning. she said it like it was such a chore to have a daughter to teach 21. She missed the sadness she'd have seen in my eyes.

If only they truely know what i want.

If only they would see what's good in me. Even if i have none, it'd help if they would just stop focusing on my flaws.
